Program Accounting Associate Analyst

What You Will Do As a Program Accounting Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day‑to‑day accounting supporting our government program operations, including one or more of the following account servicing functions: Preparation of internal and external reports ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records through the analysis of balance sheets and general ledger accounts Preparation of daily account funds, transfers and disbursements Responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or making simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals What You Will Need 0 or more years of work experience in Accounting, Financial Review, Data or Analysis US Citizenship is required Ability to work full time at the office High school diploma/GED minimum education Experience with MS Office What Would Be Nice To Have Sage Accounting Software Bachelor's degree highly preferred Experience with loan documentation or securities Eager to apply strong organizational and communication skills in a professional office setting Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Strong analytical and quality control skills High attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative environment Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with the terminology of the office unit What We Offer Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
