Mission To significantly contribute to the success of our business partners. Your Role The Digital Marketing Manager drives Grabber’s digital marketing performance across organic and paid channels. This role owns social media strategy and execution, digital content creation, paid media campaigns, CRM and lead management, email marketing, website support, analytics, and performance reporting. As the team’s digital marketing expert, this individual translates data into actionable insights that improve engagement, lead generation, and business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Capture and produce engaging digital content, including copy, graphics, photography, video, and short-form video content. Paid Media & Campaign Management Work with media partners to plan and manage paid digital campaigns. Coordinate digital campaigns across internal stakeholders, Agency partners, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. Serve as owner of the CRM platform, ensuring database integrity, audience segmentation, and lead management processes. Monitor lead generation performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion effectiveness. Website & Local Listings Management Support website content updates and ongoing digital experience improvements through WordPress or similar content management systems. Manage local business listings, including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and branch-level directory listings. Analytics & Performance Reporting Own digital marketing platforms and analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and platform-specific reporting tools. Ensure digital tracking, attribution, and reporting systems remain accurate and effective. Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing. Demonstrated experience developing and executing organic social media strategies. Experience creating content for social media copy, graphics, photography, and short-form video assets. Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and digital reporting platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Experience managing CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience managing paid social media campaigns, PPC programs, and digital advertising platforms. Experience with WordPress or similar website content management systems. Strong copywriting, communication, storytelling, and content development skills. Experience capturing, photography and video content for social media and digital marketing channels. Understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Work Conditions Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with frequent cross-functional collaboration.
