Position Objective:
To assist in the overall operation of the Human Resource Department to provide support and personnel management services to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Exemplary communication and public relations skills in working with staff, administrators, general?public, and outside officials/agencies as well as develop and model a positive employee attitude.
Must be able to organize substantial projects and work independently to complete them.
Must have knowledge and experience in the use of technology, modern office practices, and ?procedures.
Must be able to organize workflow to meet deadlines.
Must have aptitude to perform numerous detailed record-keeping activities.
Must have the ability to evaluate needs and develop systems in collaboration with others.
Must exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and employ sound independent judgment.
Must work effectively and demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills in dealing with staff members and administrators.
Must project a positive image of the district to staff, parents, and visitors.
Must have the ability to travel to/from various locations in the district as needed.

Benefits & Compensation:
* Base salary beginning at $50,000. Experience will be considered.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage - Medical, dental, life (2x salary), accident, and long-term disability insurance, with the district covering 96% of premiums for eligible staff.
Generous Leave - 14 sick days annually (unlimited accumulation), 5 personal days, and bereavement leave.
Paid Time Off - 23 vacation days per year for 12-month employees, plus Board-approved holidays.
Retirement Benefits - Participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF), Social Security/Medicare contributions, and retirement incentive provisions.
