Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities, meals, housekeeping, and life skills Support residents through monitoring, encouragement, and serving as a positive role model Complete documentation and maintain confidential records Administer medications and respond to emergencies appropriately Transport residents to appointments and community activities Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals Attend trainings and staff meetings Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred, with the ability to meet driving requirements Willingness to complete DHS training post-hire Schedule & Benefits: Part-time, 1st shift, every Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
