We are currently hiring for a per diem Patient Access Representative at our Springfield, PA location.Responsibilities:Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the officeReview instructions for studies scheduled with patientsEnter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtimeCall patients to confirm appointmentsReceive, greet, and direct patientsVerify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-inCollect co-paysOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must have experience in a medical office settingMust have knowledge of different insuranceMust have the ability to multitaskComputer knowledge is a mustExperience with an EMR system is a plusMust be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoingProficiency in Hindi or GujaratiBenefits:Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides 401k.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
