Production Associates stand on their feet for 8–10 hour shifts while working at individual stations that are integrated into a team-oriented production line, ensuring that no one is fully isolated. The environment involves regular material handling, use of large stamping presses, welding stations, lathes, grinding machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. The pace is fast, with consistent movement around the facility, pushing carts, and handling products and materials throughout the shift.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
