Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in the Greater Cleveland area. The Customer Service Representative will respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about policies, coverage options, and claims processes. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, updating client records, assisting with billing questions, and coordinating with agents and carriers to resolve issues promptly. The role involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, and maintaining compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations. Team members are expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, use agency systems effectively, and support a professional, service-oriented office environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in customer satisfaction and customer experience, focusing on building trust and long-term relationships. Candidates should possess skills relevant to customer service representative responsibilities, including managing accounts, documenting interactions, and following up on requests. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner and active listening abilities. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to learn and navigate insurance and CRM systems. Problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience when working with complex insurance questions or escalated concerns. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing office environment is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
