Mon-Fri Schedule

• Quote, bind, and process new policy applications across [lines of business]
• Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate updates or additional lines
• Manage renewals, follow up on lapses, and keep client records current in [CRM/AMS system]
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email regarding coverage, billing, and claims questions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support long-term retention and referrals
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and state regulations
