Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Long Beach, CA. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and current clients to assess their needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate insurance products. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves handling policy changes, answering questions about coverage and claims procedures, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with colleagues to support sales goals and contribute to a positive, service-focused environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively advise clients and close policies. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Finance to explain coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and respond promptly to client inquiries. Relevant state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups. Basic proficiency with office software and customer management systems; prior experience in an agency or financial services setting is beneficial.
