This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who is passionate about mastering timing and segmentation, social media, digital marketing, and emerging technologies. The Associate Marketer will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and formats. This role will conduct and summarize research, gather and report performance metrics, assist with content creation, collaborate with strategic communicators and creative teams, and help implement innovative campaigns that directly support business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key social media point of contact and will contribute to both day-to-day content execution and long-term integrated marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Essential Functions Create, plan, execute, and analyze organic social media campaigns that support business priorities and brand initiatives. Write compelling social media posts, marketing copy, articles, and campaign content. Partner with segment leads, functional team members, and creative services to develop engaging and impactful content. Track, measure, and report social media and digital marketing performance metrics. Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements based on analytics. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring. Summarize research insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Conduct social listening and monitoring activities to evaluate brand sentiment, identify opportunities for engagement, and flag potential business risks. Assist with integrated communications planning and campaign execution. Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, website updates, newsletters and digital content. Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards. Support the team in planning, executing, and tracking live/virtual events. Pitch innovative campaign ideas, social media tactics, and content concepts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Internship experience, campus leadership, freelance work, relevant project experience, or portfolio demonstrating marketing and/or design capabilities preferred. Proficiency with marketing platforms, content management systems, and digital collaboration tools. Familiarity with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and summarize results effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for social media or digital channels. Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, best practices, and engagement tactics. Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, WordPress, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Interested in aerospace, technology, engineering, or innovation-focused industries.
