Mission As a Hostess / Membership Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and one of the key faces of the Arlettie experience. Your main mission will be to create a warm, polished and efficient welcome while helping us grow our membership community. You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming every client with a warm, professional and genuine attitude.
• Registering and assisting clients at the entrance and ensuring a smooth flow into the showroom.
• Present and promote our membership offering, delivering a clear, natural and compelling pitch while quickly identifying opportunities to convert visitors into members.
• Drive Membership sales and achieve individual and team targets
• Answering clients' questions and making sure they understand the benefits of becoming an Arlettie member.
• Maintaining a high level of service and brand image at all times.
• Working closely with the sales and showroom teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Sharing customer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the welcome and membership experience.

This is a fast-paced, highly customer-facing role where every interaction matters. You will need to be able to create a connection very quickly, while remaining elegant, genuine and never overly pushy. Profile We are looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, luxury, events, front-of-house, customer service or sales is appreciated. Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a reception role is a plus. Weekend availability is required, and recurring availability throughout the month is highly appreciated, particularly during our sample sales.
