Experience Professional Care Solutions is hiring experienced In Home Caregivers who are confident supporting clients with complex or higher-acuity care needs. Base pay is $23.00–$26.00 per hour , with shifts available within the 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM time blocks based on caregiver availability and client needs.

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

Some of our clients have needs that go beyond basic companionship. Depending on the individualized care plan, you may:

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other ADLs

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers

• Support clients living with dementia, Parkinson’s, chronic conditions, or other involved care needs

• Prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration

• Observe changes and communicate concerns promptly

• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

• Complete accurate, timely documentation

• Provide attentive companionship and meaningful engagement

• Encourage independence while knowing when hands-on assistance is needed
  

You May Be a Strong Fit If

You’ve developed confidence through real caregiving experience. You can stay attentive when a client’s needs are more complicated, provide personal care professionally, follow a detailed care plan, recognize when something has changed, and communicate when you need guidance.

You also take pride in being dependable. You arrive prepared, maintain professional standards, follow through on commitments, communicate promptly, remain open to feedback, and understand that the quality of your work affects the entire care team.

Requirements

• Previous professional or hands-on caregiving experience

• Confidence with personal care, mobility assistance, and more involved client needs

• Strong observation and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
  

Pay & Benefits

Base Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour

Overnight, weekend and some short-notice shifts qualify for Premium Pay at an additional $3.00 per hour.
