Senior Home Caregiver - Day & Evening Shifts | Homer Glen & Lemont

Looking for caregiving work that fits your schedule? Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and nearby areas. Choose from daytime and evening opportunities with flexible shift lengths based on your availability and client needs. What You’ll Do

Provide personal care and ADL assistance
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and provide hydration support
Offer companionship and safety monitoring
Provide medication reminders
Handle light housekeeping
Report changes in client condition

Shift Options

Day and evening shifts
6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts
Weekday and weekend opportunities
Part-time scheduling
Additional shifts may be available based on client needs

Hours and shifts are not guaranteed and depend on client needs, location, and availability. Pay & Benefits

Requirements

18+ years old with at least 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
Experience in home care, senior care, CNA/HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to complete required background screenings
