We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of foreclosure experience including, but not limited to managing foreclosure from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed, assignment and letter preparation, meeting time sensitive deadlines, providing updates and timely responses to clients, etc. Responsibilities:Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. E-filing with various court systems. Document recording. Maintain client and case files. Correspond with and update clients. Maintain filing/document system. Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines. Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations. Prepare reports for attorneys.QualificationsMinimum of 5-year related foreclosure experience Broad knowledge of real estate default services Experience in LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus.Superior organizational skills, research, and writing skillsDetail orientedIndependent worker; Deadline drivenAble to manage a heavy workloadConfident and comfortable on the phoneWorks well under pressureCompensation/BenefitsWe offer a compensation package that will be commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401k and gym/fitness membership reimbursement.LocationThis position can be fully remote.
