Registered Nurse - Nampa ED

Position Overview We are looking to hire Registered Nurses to support our two Emergency Departments in Nampa, Idaho. Eligible candidates may receive a sign‑on bonus and generous relocation assistance. Competitive wages, on‑call pay, and shift differentials are also offered. Employment Details Employment type: Full time. Shift: 12‑hour night shift (3 p.m.–3 a.m.). Colleagues self‑schedule and are expected to work two weekends per month. Part‑time or day‑shift opportunities may be available to well‑qualified candidates. The Day‑to‑Day Provide autonomous, fast‑paced nursing care in collaboration with physicians. Treat a wide variety of patients, including fractures, fevers, allergic reactions, COPD, respiratory illnesses, and trauma appropriate for a Level VI Trauma Center. Floats between the Nampa Garrity ED (Level VI Trauma Center, 30 beds) and the freestanding 12th Avenue ED (16 beds). Responsibilities Utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to prioritize patient needs. Manage care for critical patients and perform emergency nursing interventions. Maintain teamwork and excellent communication with the ED team. Qualifications Current Idaho RN license required. Multistate licenses must establish Idaho residency within 60 days of hire. Proof or application for Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire; ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted. Preferred: ≤1 year of RN experience in an emergency setting. Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
