Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including medication side effects and potential complications
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including ensuring proper infection control measures are in place
