We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage and maintain the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
