General Dentist Needed
General Dentist needed in our Sandston VA location. We are a PPO/FFS platform offering all restorative, cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded, caring General Dentist that is part of the team to provide great care for our patients. We have expanding with tons of growth opportunities for the right doctor. We are located minutes from Richmond Airport. Excellent earning potential. We are open to GPR graduates.
All Digital, iTero, 3- Shades. Outstanding support team. We are adding a dentist to our team to accommodate our growing patient base. Experienced friendly team support. Work life balance schedule.
Compensation and Benefits Offered:
- Earning potential of 250K-300K
- Percentages 30%-32%
- Daily guarantee $800/ Daily

Hours:
Monday- Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-12
General Dentist Job Duties:
- Determines dental requirements by working with patients.
- Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
- Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed, implant placement a plus.
- Educate patients about improving and maintaining and promoting routine dental health care.
- Problem solving.
- Comfortable with Endo.
- Placing Implants a BIG plus.
- Excellent customer service care
Education and Experience:
VA DMD License or in process, open to new grads. Experience required. Open to GPR, Advanced Residency dentists.
