About the POSITION:

Experienced General Dentist – Richmond, Virginia Area

A well-established, privately owned dental group is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a beautiful, newly renovated practice in the Richmond, Virginia area .

The organization has been serving Virginia communities for more than 30 years and has grown to multiple locations throughout the state. The group emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry and has invested heavily in modern dental technology. Its practices provide a broad range of services, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, dental implants, extractions, and other advanced procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is confident clinically, personable with patients, and ready to step into an established practice and be productive from the start.

Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist
• Typical schedule is Tuesday–Friday
• Option to work a 5-day schedule for a dentist who wants additional days

• Work alongside 1 other General Dentist
• Periodontist provides specialty coverage approximately once per month
• Established patient base and clinical support team

• Experienced dentists only — no new graduates
• Ideal candidate will be clinically confident, outgoing, productive, and comfortable taking ownership of their patient base

The larger dental organization is family-owned and has been operating in Virginia since 1992 . Its practices utilize technology such as iTero, digital extraoral X-rays, CEREC, and digital patient records , while providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

About the COMPENSATION & EQUITY:

• 32% of collections
• 100% of lab fees paid by the practice
• Unique opportunity to earn equity in the individual practice location
• Once the dentist reaches approximately $60,000 in monthly collections or $750,000 annually , they may become eligible to earn equity in their location
• Additional details regarding the equity structure will be discussed directly during the interview process
