At PrideStaff Financial , we're seeking a Talent & Business Solutions Consultant to focus exclusively on Accounting & Finance talent solutions -partnering with companies to deliver top-tier professionals across critical business functions.

This is a full-desk, revenue-generating role where you'll own both client relationships and candidate delivery in a lucrative, recession-resilient vertical .

Compensation Structure (Designed for High Earnings)

Base Salary

• $50,000 - $60,000 + uncapped commission

Commission Model (Gross Margin-Based)

Temporary / Contract Staffing (Weekly Spread / GP):

• 10% on first $10K GP/month
  
• 15% on $10K-$20K
  
• 20% on $20K+

Direct Hire (Placement Fees):

• 20% of fees up to $50K billed
  
• 25% on $50K-$100K
  
• 30% on $100K+

Accelerators & Fast-Start Bonuses

We reward speed, consistency, and early success:

• $1,000 bonus for your first placement within 30 days
  
• $2,000 bonus when you cover your base salary by Day 60
  
• +5% commission accelerator on all deals after breakeven within your first 90 days

What You'll Do

• Develop new client relationships within the Accounting & Finance space (CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, etc.)
  
• Recruit and place professionals across roles such as:
  
  • Staff & Senior Accountants
    
  • Financial Analysts
    
  • Controllers
    
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
    
  • Payroll Specialists
    
  • FP&A and Finance leadership roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
  
• Deliver both contract staffing and direct hire solutions
  
• Build a profitable, specialized book of business

What We're Looking For

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (Accounting & Finance experience a plus)
  
• Strong ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
  
• Business-minded, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earnings
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
