In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring outstanding service to our customers and supporting our skilled service technicians.As a Commercial Service Dispatcher, your focus will be:Customer-Centric Service: Answer incoming service calls promptly, schedule service calls, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Efficient Scheduling: Schedule or dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer requests, specifications, or needs.Document Management: Review and coordinate all incoming paperwork from service technicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Billing Accuracy: Verify billing data accuracy, revise errors, and prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices, recording amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.Data Maintenance: Maintain the master mailer and PSA listing, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.Customer Engagement: Call PSA customers, schedule appointments, and ensure proactive communication to meet customer needs.Collaborative Team Player: Work as a team player in the Service, Residential, and HVAC departments to foster a positive work environment and achieve departmental goals.Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications and Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience: At least two years of dispatching and/or customer service experience preferred.Necessary Skills:Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively with a diverse group of people.Customer-Centric Mindset: Must be customer service-driven.Tech Savvy: Proficient in computer skills using various office software packages, including MS Office and Outlook. Why Schebler Company:At Schebler, we believe in fostering a positive, collaborative, and employee-owned work environment.
