** Payroll Specialist **

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support a variety of accounting and administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with internal teams to support payroll and financial operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain and verify employee time records, worked hours, paid time off (PTO), and payroll adjustments.
• Perform payroll data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and payroll records.
• Generate payroll, management, and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Support general accounting and administrative functions.
• Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.

** Qualifications **

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
