About the Role
As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our insurance solutions. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment. You'll be empowered to manage your pipeline from start to finish, making a tangible impact on our growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the sales cycle:
Initiate contact with prospective clients through various virtual channels, including phone and video calls.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their unique insurance needs.
Articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services clearly and persuasively.
Effectively manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations via video conferencing.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and company objectives are met.
Handle client inquiries and objections with professionalism and expertise.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Compensation
This role offers a compelling commission-only structure, providing significant earning potential for high performers. With a projected annual earning range of $75,000 to $150,000 USD , your success is directly tied to your ability to connect with clients and close deals.
