Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered Experience providing speech/language therapy and assessments in a K-12 school setting Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Lead or participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation Use evidence-based practices to support students' academic and social success Provide resources and education for staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills Contribute positively to the school community and support district goals for student development By stepping into this contract position, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and help shape positive outcomes for students needing your expertise.
