Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Seattle, WA

Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license for Washington State ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Background or interest in pediatric speech therapy within school or healthcare environments Strong skills with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation Experience designing and implementing IEPs Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, both in-person and via teletherapy Work closely with educators and families to achieve student goals Keep thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings and reports Offer guidance, interventions, and support for students, helping each child reach their highest potential Remain up-to-date with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology Picture yourself helping children find their voices, all while enjoying the natural beauty and vibrant culture near Seattle.
