Head Varsity Girls' Softball Coach Location: Two Rivers High School We strongly believe that diversity of experience contributes to a broader collective perspective that will consistently lead to a better school system and better results for all students. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the softball program. Connect with and help build the entire softball program in the district. Meet the requirements by the MSHSL to be a head varsity coach. Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to support the culture of Two Rivers High School and the activities department. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the school district and activities department. Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of Two Rivers High School and the communities we serve. Embrace the MSHSL "Why We Play" concept. Hold safe, structured, and fundamental-based practices. Supervise and provide a positive experience for all student-athletes. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a team member. Self-directed. Experience competing at the high school or higher level. Softball coaching experience at the high school level or above.
