• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Enter production data and follow work instructions using computer-based systems
• Work with wire braiding, crimping, sparking, and reel machinery
• Support team goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and production tracking
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
• SAP, ERP, Excel, or Outlook experience is a plus but not required

This is an active manufacturing environment where you'll work around production equipment and machinery. Candidates should be comfortable standing throughout their shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and following all safety procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redwood City, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.64/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
