Job Description

As a Sales Assistant at Lumina Agency INC, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team with daily operations, client communication, administrative tasks, and sales-related activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and interested in developing valuable skills in sales, customer relations, communication, and business operations.

You will work closely with the sales team to help maintain an efficient workflow, assist with client interactions, organize information, and contribute to achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with client inquiries and maintain professional communication
• Help organize customer information, sales records, and internal documentation
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities

• Maintain accurate and organized client and prospect information
