Senior Engineering Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations by providing hands‑on engineering services and technical support. This role partners closely with Production Support Engineering to ensure products meet design, quality, and performance standards throughout development and production. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex engineering tests and development activities; analyze results and implement required changes Review project documentation, work instructions, and blueprints to determine test specifications and troubleshoot technical issues Set up and perform testing on units and components for design validation, quality control, and failure analysis Collect, document, and maintain test data, procedures, and equipment records Support hardware and software development activities as needed Assist with maintaining equipment and tools used in testing and development Train and support technicians on processes, equipment, and best practices Qualifications & Experience Associate’s degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent hands‑on experience Typically 8–10 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience preferred Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or nationality #J-18808-Ljbffr
