About Rolling Suds

Rolling Suds is one of the largest power washing franchise organizations in the country, specializing in professional exterior cleaning for commercial properties, HOAs, condominiums, apartment communities, shopping centers and residential customers.

We are expanding our presence across Broward and Palm Beach Counties and are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial business.

This is an opportunity to join an established, growing operation with the trucks, crews, equipment and operational support already in place. We need the right person to get out into the market, develop relationships and bring in new business.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a hunter, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for leads.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, competitive and genuinely enjoys meeting new people. You should be comfortable walking into a business where nobody knows you, introducing yourself, starting a conversation and creating an opportunity.

You don't need to come from the power washing industry. We can teach you our services, pricing and estimating process. What we're looking for is someone with natural energy, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and the determination to build something.

You should enjoy working independently, managing your own schedule and being held accountable for measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial properties daily, including shopping centers, HOAs, condominium associations, apartment communities and office buildings.

• Conduct a target of 40 commercial property visits per week to identify decision makers and generate new opportunities.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with property managers, community association managers, facility managers and commercial property owners.

• Follow up consistently with prospects, including contacting at least 90% of visited properties within one week.

• Develop and deliver professional estimates with a target of eight commercial estimates per week.

• Manage incoming residential leads, meet with customers, assess cleaning needs and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity, estimates and follow-ups in our CRM.

• Organize Lunch & Learns, attend networking events and develop referral partnerships.

• Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, outgoing personality.

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently.

• Comfortable with cold prospecting, rejection and consistent follow-up.

• Organized and comfortable using CRM and other business software.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
