- Greet members and guests warmly, strike up conversation, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere on game nights and league nights
- Pour and serve beer, wine, and seltzers quickly and accurately
- Move around the facility to sell and serve — you won't be stuck in one spot
- Build a base of regulars who return for the experience and the service
- Check IDs and serve responsibly, refusing service when appropriate
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and close out your drawer
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock coolers, monitor inventory, and flag low stock to management
- Work as part of the team at closing — report to the Lead on Shift, complete your assigned area, then pitch in to help close out the rest of the facility once the Lead has finished her area
- Follow all club, facility, and Texas alcohol service policies
- Plus Tips
- Genuinely outgoing — comfortable approaching people and starting conversations
- Strong, friendly presence; takes pride in how they present themselves
- A natural at making guests feel like regulars
- A team player who stays until the job is done — closing is a group effort
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay upbeat during busy rushes
- Comfortable on your feet and moving for an entire shift
- Cash-handling experience and basic math skills
- Must be at least 20 years old
- TABC Seller-Server Certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Prior bar, serving, or hospitality experience a plus, but the right personality matters more
