About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead transformative financial and operational strategies for its high-growth, consumer-focused organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving scalable growth, operational excellence, and equity value enhancement. This role involves close collaboration with executive leaders to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the company's fiscal health and transparency. The CFO will also manage supply chain operations, optimize logistics, inventory management, and multi-channel fulfillment strategies, and champion technology adoption and analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading financial functions such as accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and payroll operations, and developing and executing fiscal strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in finance and operations within high-growth consumer-focused organizations. Expertise in supply chain management, multi-channel fulfillment strategies, and experience in VC- or PE-backed environments with strong investor relations skills are essential. The CFO will also be expected to have proficiency in ERP systems, advanced analytics tools, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. A strategic vision for growth, high integrity, and a collaborative leadership style are also key attributes for this role.
