We're looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department, support our Service Team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving departmental growth. Responsibilities * Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department. * Maintain accurate inventory levels through forecasting, ordering, receiving, and cycle counts. * Develop and execute inventory strategies that maximize turns while minimizing obsolete inventory. * Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly and accurately. * Manage vendor relationships and manufacturer ordering programs. * Recruit, train, coach, and develop Parts Department staff. * Create an outstanding customer experience for both retail and wholesale customers. * Monitor department performance, sales, gross profit, and key performance indicators. * Merchandise the showroom with accessories, riding gear, and seasonal displays. * Ensure warranty parts, returns, and cores are processed accurately and on time. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts warehouse and retail area. * Utilize dealership management software and manufacturer systems efficiently. Qualifications * Previous dealership Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred. * Automotive or powersports dealership experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of OEM parts catalogs and inventory management. * Experience with dealership management systems such as Lightspeed, CDK, or similar platforms is a plus. * Proven leadership and team development skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
