Role Overview: A Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services, working outdoors and solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. This entry-level position offers training, opportunities for career progression, and earning potential starting at $20.50/hour, with potential increases through self-progression programs. Key Responsibilities Install and repair services at customer sites. Educate customers on service use and troubleshoot technical issues. Build relationships with customers and colleagues. Utilize hand tools and computer applications. Operate company vehicles and climbing ladders safely. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Effective communication, professionalism, and organization skills. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Proficiency in English, computer use, and hand tools. Working Conditions & Development: Outdoors in diverse environments, with ongoing training, career self-progression, and certification opportunities.
