Financial Analyst/Payroll

ABOUT THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL ANALYST/PAYROLL

Responsible for the following: prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other

related financial statements. Oversees all payroll procedures and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform day to day accounting functions
• Prepare general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet
• reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Conduct physical inventory
• Analyze and reconcile general ledgers
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assist with freight related functions
• Allocation of freight expenses, invoicing chargebacks, analyzing activity and customer inquiries
• Assist with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions
• Process payrolls and prepare/reconcile payroll reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business field required.
• Four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in QAD, Microsoft Office, FAS Asset Accounting, Hyperion and Monarch.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in multi-cultural environment.
