Delivery Specialist - Hub

Job Responsibilities Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicle to deliver stock transfers, pick up and sign for each stop on the set route. Maintain a daily city route manifest and keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Familiarize with accident report guidelines and complete them as required. Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliver according to schedule; report any delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores on the route. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management. Clock in/out in accordance with company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating the vehicle each day. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager. Ensure the fuel tank is filled, and lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day. Drive safely and defensively. Qualifications Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point record system standard.
