This includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.Pay RangeMinimum $45.72 Midpoint $60.58 Maximum $75.43Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience* Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience.* Preferred: Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics.Education* Required: Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy Program.* Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related field.Specialized Skills* Required: Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration. Excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.Licensure* Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); CA Occupational Therapy licensure.Work Environments - Functional Demand:Medium - High energy level Lift and carry 40-50 lbs.
