Chubb Benefits is expanding our Louisiana team and seeking motivated, licensed insurance professionals to support our growing employer-sponsored benefits enrollment business.

The Opportunity

You’ll help employees understand and enroll in valuable supplemental insurance benefits offered through their employers as well on a individual basis outside their place of work.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a growing organization that provides the products, training, technology, and support to help you succeed.

Who We’re Looking For

• Active LA Life & Health insurance license.

• Experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or employee benefits preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Comfortable educating employees on insurance products and coverage options.
\n
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with our Louisiana team.
