Machine Builder - Direct Placement

Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $25-$35+/hr Depending on Experience

Build custom machines and fixtures from the ground up in a clean manufacturing environment. Work from blueprints and engineering drawings to assemble, fabricate, troubleshoot, and test one-of-a-kind equipment.

Hiring Process

• Meet with Michael for a pre-screening questionnaire and initial qualifications review.
• Qualified candidates will move forward to an interview with the hiring team.

Responsibilities

• Build machines, equipment, and fixtures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Perform fabrication, machining, and welding as needed.
• Troubleshoot assembly and machine issues.
• Test completed machines and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and work closely with engineers and technicians.

Work Environment Clean, organized machine-building shop using hand tools, power tools, welders, mills, lathes, and other fabrication equipment. Day-shift position focused on custom machine and fixture builds.

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
