Donor Support Specialist

Advanced Remarketing Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Donor Support Specialists to work with the nation’s top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this position include: Answering inbound calls Responding to information inquiries Enhancing our customer experience Morning, afternoon and night shifts are available for part-time employment. A great opportunity for students and working parents! Qualified applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, complaint call management, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.
