Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Real Estate / Family Office About the Company Accomplished real estate development & capital platform Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading all finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and investor reporting. This role demands a leader who can build and scale a high-performing finance organization, and who has a strong background in multi-entity consolidations, partnership accounting, and institutional reporting environments. Experience in real estate development and construction accounting is essential, as is a proven track record in driving budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must be active CPAs with a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience in real estate development, REITs, private equity, or family office environments. The ideal candidate will have a Big Four foundation and public-company or institutionally audited experience, and a preference is given to those with exposure to EB-5 fund structures, private credit, debt, and preferred equity structures, as well as captive insurance accounting. The role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial individual who can combine technical rigor with strategic leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
