Security Officer Access Control Driver
As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and use communication and computer-based tools to support operations. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Join a caring, innovative team built on teamwork and integrity.

Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas of the facility.
- Help to control entry and exit of vehicles, trailers, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, warehouse areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
