Directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations of practice locations across multiple markets. Supervises Directors.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall business operations of all assigned practices, as well as activities that relate to the future growth and business strategy for OB/GYN services.Aligns operational strategy with health plan and system needs, while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery, outcomes and constant patient focusDevelop operational support strategies to address productivity, operational performance, staff retention and patient satisfactionEnsures appropriate prioritization and resource management to fulfill strategic objectives specific to specialty and market needsExhibit strong communication, presentation and listening skills to ensure region-wide collaboration and coordination, especially as concerns physicians, employees, and the communityEnsure positive employee relations and trust through communication, education, consistency, and dependabilityEstablish trust and emerge as a leader in key initiatives and strategies to continually improve the quality and level of services providedEvaluate impact of practices on quality, experience, and total cost of care.Education/Experience:Master’s Level or Doctorate Degree required in Healthcare related fieldManaging business operations 5+ years to support healthcare delivery servicesFinancial planning and management, talent managementHiring, developing, and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results among patientsCollaborating with Acute, Health Plan and Ambulatory leaders to optimize and grow medical practice footprint ensure appropriate communicationUnderstanding of IT solutions to support appropriate workflows and referrals to servicesAttributes:Execution-focused; Analytical problem-solver and decision-makerStrategic mindset, Results oriented, Attention to detailCollaborative; Influential people leaderBusiness acumen, Communication Skills and Knowledge:Building, managing, and leading teams; Meeting managementPractice management. The base pay range for full-time employment is $140,233.60 - $219,960.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
