Named Best Art Gallery and Best Nonprofit, CE is a vibrant, mission-driven organization where your work has real impact As Associate Director, Youth and Community Programs, you will lead a growing program serving over 500 youth annually, with a focus on young people with disabilities from middle school through transition age. You will design inclusive arts education programs, build community partnerships, manage a team of teaching artists and program staff, and steward the grants and contracts that make this work possible. You’ll be part of CE’s Leadership Team, shaping the future of youth programming.
