Respond to patients' needs, requests in a timely manner; anticipate the needs of the surgeon and assist in all activities for providing patient care during surgical intervention. Set‑up for vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections and other OB related surgeries as directed after individualized instruction. Assist with patients recovering from vaginal delivery or cesarean section under the supervision of an RN. Record all gathered data and document patient data accurately and completely. Qualifications Graduate of Operating Room Technicians/Surgical Technicians program or graduate of a school of practical nursing. If graduate of a school of practical nursing: Current license in good standing to practice as a practical nurse in the State of Ohio. Effective communication skills. BLS healthcare provider training required. Computer/technology skills required. Knowledge of regulatory standards.
