Service Advisor

Dealership: L0823 Subaru of Sterling Subaru of Sterling Now Hiring- Service Advisor Pay: $50,000 - $90,000 based on performance; position is commission based Schedule: Full time Reports to service Manager Why Join Our Team? What You'll Do Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine necessary repairs and maintenance Communicate repair estimates and recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner Prioritize tasks to ensure completion of repairs and maintenance Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and vehicle history Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair processes What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Familiarity with dealership management systems and software Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Total Rewards ($50,000 - $90,000 ), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
