Requirements What you'll sell (and to whom) Managed IT Services Co-Managed IT (Level 2/3 escalation + vCIO + projects + tooling + security operations) Managed Security - SOC (Security Operations Center) backed MXDR (Managed Extended Detection & Response) plus end‑user security training Target customers: B2B organizations that care about technology and need compliance‑ready, security‑forward IT.
