Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for various locations in York, PA. This is a full-time opportunity within a busy skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and rehabilitation centers in York, PA offering a supportive environment focused on helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence.

This is a Full Time, permanent position.

5 days/40 hours a week with rotating weekends

Pay: $44-52/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and state practice regulations.
• Deliver direct patient care to promote mobility, strength, endurance, and overall physical well-being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and individualized patient outcomes.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and aides as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania PT license.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality care and patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
