Each team contributes to DXC's success and each individual delivers world class service and has opportunities to grow and learnWhat Youll Do:Enterprise Risk Management ExecutionLead components of the Enterprise Risk Management program, including enterprise and functional risk assessments and periodic refresh cyclesApply ERM frameworks, policies, and methodologies consistently across assigned risk areasMaintain and enhance ERM procedures, guidance materials, and supporting documentationRisk Identification, Assessment & MonitoringFacilitate structured risk discussions with business and functional leaders to identify key risks, drivers, and potential impactsAnalyze strategic, operational, and emerging risks, including those related to digital transformation and AI-enabled solutionsOwn tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions, ensuring accountability and timely updates from risk ownersDefine and refine key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics that provide meaningful insight into risk exposureIdentify trends and leading indicators to support proactive risk management and early risk detectionReporting & Stakeholder EngagementPrepare clear, concise, management-ready risk summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance forumsTranslate risk insights into actionable recommendations to support risk-informed decision-makingParticipate in and facilitate risk discussions with stakeholders, including challenging assumptions and surfacing potential blind spotsSupport ERM leadership in synthesizing cross-risk themes and insights—including technology and AI-related risks—for executive-level reportingProgram Support & Continuous ImprovementContribute to ERM initiatives aimed at improving the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of risk processes and reportingSupport enhancements to ERM tools, workflows, and dashboards, including the use of data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriateDevelop and deliver training materials to promote risk awareness and understanding across the organizationParticipate in cross-functional initiatives related to risk governance, operational resilience, and business transformationManage and execute special projects, as neededWho You Are:Bachelor’s degree in enterprise risk management, strategy, business, finance, information systems, or a related fieldMust be authorized to work In US without requiring sponsorship now nor in the future.Relevant professional certification (CRMA, COSO, CRISC, CPA, etc.) required or to be obtained within one year of hire5–8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, strategy, or a related disciplineBig 4 experience requiredExperience in a large, global organization, particularly within technology, IT services, or professional services, is a plusHands-on experience leading risk assessments and preparing management-level risk documentation and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical insightsAbility to facilitate structured discussions and synthesize input from multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and writing skills, with a focus on clarity and business relevanceAbility to challenge stakeholders constructively and apply sound business judgment in balancing risk and operational prioritiesComfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and competing prioritiesAbility to manage multiple priorities independently within a global, matrixed organizationStrong experience with creating concise, visually appealing, and impactful reporting for executive leadership and the Board; strong awareness of audienceKnowledge of AI tools and various LLMs; advanced experience prompting and developing agents to increase efficiency preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; advanced PowerPoint; experience with GRC, risk platforms and Power BI preferredWork Environment:Hiring Across USIf you are within 25 miles of a DXC office, youll be expected to work hybrid mode twice a weekCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
