This fully remote role focuses on providing excellent customer service, answering application-related questions, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. The ideal candidate is patient, resourceful, and enjoys helping people solve problems while delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide first-level support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels Answer questions about online applications, services, and account access Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including password resets, account unlocks, and browser-related problems Document customer inquiries, service requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system Manage incoming calls and shared inbox tickets during assigned shifts Research customer questions and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and response times Qualifications 1+ years of customer service, call center, or help desk experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills Patient, empathetic, and comfortable assisting customers in sensitive situations Ability to research questions and provide solutions Comfortable navigating web applications, Microsoft Office, and multiple systems Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing software is a plus Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required MH456 Keywords: Service Desk Analyst, Help Desk, Customer Support, Admin, Administrative
